Rockland Boulders

Thank you to our friends at the Rockland Boulders for hosting us!

Is there anything more classic American pastime than a summer night at a ballgame? The cheering crowds, the crack of the bat, stadium food, and a trip to a Rockland Boulders game has it all. The Rockland Boulders are a local team in the Canadian-American Association of Professional Baseball. The Palisaders Credit Union Park in Pomona is their home stadium, one of the most family-friendly baseball stadiums and events I have ever attended. Everyone in the family will enjoy an evening watching the Boulders play.

First of all, the stadium is small and intimate. Every seat in the house offers great views of the action. The seats are roomy, too. The stadium provides plenty of choices for food and snacks. Even the pickiest member of your family will find something to enjoy, be it a hotdog, mac and cheese cup, quesadillas, or teriyaki chicken. Parents and adults will also be happy with the variety of adult beverage choices. Everything offered, from the food to drinks to parking and tickets, were so reasonably priced! Tickets can be bought online or at the stadium, and they have great packages available for fun-themed nights like Star Wars nights and fireworks nights.

The Boulders game was the perfect introduction to a sporting event for my little one. There was much to do besides watching and cheering on the home team. However, with the music and cheers playing all night, engaging and having fun in the stands was easy. Behind the outfield, you can find a playground and a mini golf course! The mascot, The Boulder Bird, was out and about giving high-fives to fans of all ages. There was even a complimentary train ride around the stadium for kiddos! They also have lots of fun on the field between innings – including a crazy race around the outfield between a huge bagel, a doughnut, and a hotdog.

This is a must-do activity for summertime family fun. It is worth the trip over the bridge. Your family will have a great night – a Boulder’s game is sure to be a home run! Check out tickets and scheduling here.
